About Dr. Lindsay

I've learned the hard way that modern medicine rarely addresses the root cause of women’s health problems.
I know what it's like to wake up exhausted, struggle with weight-gain, and rely on caffeine and pick-me-ups to get me through the afternoon.
In my early 20s, I lived a completely different life— working as a government consultant in the Pentagon and struggling with my health. Year after year, my health seemed to get worse.
I was exhausted, my hair started falling out, and my digestion was a mess. I dealt with constipation, constant bloating, and gained 30 pounds.
Yet, despite how I felt— and all the symptoms of a body imbalance— my lab tests kept coming back "normal." So I kept pushing through the days, despite my body sending clear signals that something was off.
Finally, one day, I had enough.
I was sick and tired of feeling the way that I did.
I felt SO uncomfortable in my own body.
The broken medical system wasn't giving me any answers, so I resolved to find the solutions on my own.
So I set off on a mission to learn everything I could about my body in an effort to heal myself.
Fast forward a decade, and I now hold both a masters and doctorate in Chinese medicine, and have post-doctoral training in energetics and brainwave science, somatic, and emotional healing.
I learned that nutritional strategy, supplements, and herbs can only get you so far.
In order to truly heal the body and optimize health, you MUST address healing the nervous system and energetic aspects of the body as well.
